Services Agreement

Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Borrower," or "You") and Britwell ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"), a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) registered and operating in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
By accessing our website, using our services, or submitting a loan application through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
Britwell operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) under RBI guidelines, providing loan facilitation services between borrowers and our partner banks/NBFCs.

Important Disclaimer
We are intermediaries and do not lend money directly. All loans are provided by our partner banks and NBFCs. Final loan approval, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective lender.
General Eligibility Criteria
- • Age: 21-65 years (varies by loan type)
- • Indian citizen or resident
- • Valid PAN and Aadhaar cards
- • Stable income source
- • Good credit history (CIBIL score 650+)
- • No default history with banks/NBFCs
- • Compliance with KYC requirements
- • Meeting lender-specific criteria
Application Process
- 1. Submit online application with basic details
- 2. Upload required KYC and income documents
- 3. Our team verifies and processes your application
- 4. Application forwarded to suitable partner lenders
- 5. Lender conducts independent verification and assessment
- 6. Loan approval/rejection communicated by lender
- 7. If approved, loan agreement executed with lender
- 8. Loan disbursement directly by lender
Accurate Information
Provide true, accurate, and complete information in all applications and communications. Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection and legal consequences.
Document Authenticity
Submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Forgery or submission of fake documents is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities.
Timely Communication
Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation. Delays may affect loan processing timelines.
Compliance with Lender Terms
Once loan is approved, comply with all terms and conditions set by the lender, including repayment schedules and other obligations.
Our Service Commitment
We do not charge any upfront fees from customers for loan application processing or facilitation services. Our compensation comes from partner lenders upon successful loan disbursal.

Fraud Alert
Beware of fraudsters demanding upfront payments. We never ask for advance fees. Report any such incidents to us immediately.
Consent for Data Sharing
By using our services, you provide explicit consent for sharing your personal and financial information with our partner banks, NBFCs, and other entities as required for loan processing.

- • Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, etc.)
- • Verification agencies for document and employment verification
- • Legal and technical evaluators (for secured loans)
- • Insurance companies (for loan protection)
Purpose of Data Sharing
- • Loan eligibility assessment and processing
- • Credit score verification and reporting
- • KYC compliance and due diligence
- • Risk assessment and underwriting
- • Regulatory compliance and reporting
No Guarantee of Approval
We facilitate loan applications but cannot guarantee loan approval. Final decisions rest with the respective lenders based on their internal policies and risk assessment.
Lender Terms Prevail
Interest rates, loan terms, processing fees, and other conditions are determined by lenders. We provide indicative rates that may vary from final approved terms.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to facilitation services only. We are not responsible for lender decisions, loan terms, or any disputes arising between borrower and lender.

Britwell operates as a registered Direct Selling Agent in compliance with:

External Escalation
If not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman or file a complaint on the RBI's complaint portal (cms.rbi.org.in).
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in case of:
- • Violation of these terms and conditions
- • Provision of false or misleading information
- • Fraudulent activities or suspicious behavior
- • Non-compliance with KYC requirements
Terms Modification
We may modify these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through our website, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant RBI regulations.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective from January 1, 2025, and supersede all previous versions.
